MISSION - WHAT WE DO

Our mission is to provide reliable housing services in the development of safe, decent and affordable housing for low-to-moderate-income individuals/families. To provide quality referral services and function as a liaison with housing counseling partners to our clients. Our purpose is to operate as an advocate for housing acquisition opportunities within this community through awareness of resources.

VISION - GOALS AND ASPIRATIONS

LDC believes in and supports the Fair Housing Act, a federal law that prohibits discrimination in residential real estate transactions on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin.

SERVICES - HOW WE DO IT

Since its inception, Realtor Henry Miller has worked tirelessly over two decades to assist more than 700 households purchase their first home, as well as developed and sold more than 200 single-family homes. LDC is committed to changing lives through homeownership by concentrating on housing education, improving lives, and assisting in providing good quality affordable housing to residents of the Middle Tennessee area.
